Did anyone see any bright red/orange lights in the sky after midnught ? we were in Zapote Costa Rica and saw about 13 of these, they looked like UFOs, and flew very high up, at one point three of them lined up, about 20 minutes later another one showed up and from one moment to another the red color was eliminated and we could see what looked like an open parachute with nobody in it, about 20 of us witnessed it and when we proceded to follow one that was getting closer and seemed to fall about a block away we were very surprised. Another group of about 10 people around the corner also saw them. Apparently they seemed to be some type of test balloons maybe or a UFO. I am sure they were not any type of fireworks, meteors, rockets, planes or reflections.
This happened at 12:30 am right after new years eve a few days ago after all the fireworks settled.
They flew at a very high altitude and came out from two opposite directions in the sky.
a couple of videos were taken but the photos would not register, a portable computer which was on went off.

Estas son algunas de las luces vistas en el cielo.
El pasado fin de semana, durante el cambio de año, al parecer objetos voladores no identificados, mejor conocidos como ovnis, sobrevolaron la ciudad de San José y fueron vistos por bastantes personas, en especial en los sectores de Hatillo y Zapote.
Gregory Kearney, abogado que se encontraba en Zapote, expresó que vio a los ovnis a eso de las 12:00 media noche.
“Estábamos en la casa de la suegra de mi hermana. Salimos para ver el juego de pólvora. Al rato ya sin nada fuegos artificiales en el cielo, vimos una luz roja cruzar. Pensamos que era un avión, luego vimos tres luces más volando y era muy alto, pero más rápido que un avión. Luego al otro extremo de cielo aparecieron entre seis y siete luces rojas encendidas y también de color naranja. Estaban suspendidas”, expresó.
Kearney comentó que quince minutos después, salió a ver el cielo y una vez más apareció la luz roja, la cual se acercó más y más al suelo creándose de esta forma una imagen parecida a un paracaídas que cayó sobre una vivienda a 100 metros de donde estaba. Ahí había como diez personas viendo el cielo y claro que las imágenes desaparecieron”, explicó.
El jurista dijo que a las luces extrañas las vieron todos los miembros de su familia, más de 20 personas que se encontraban reunidas esperando el nuevo año.
“Todos las vieron y fue algo impresionante”, comentó.
